Official KFTI-FM Contest Rules

1. Employee and immediate families of Journal Broadcast Group (JBG), participating co-sponsors or prize suppliers are not eligible to win.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Winner is solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes incurred upon claiming a prize. JBG will file a 1099 for prizes valued at or above $600.
4. Contest void where prohibited by any and all local, state and federal laws.
5. Mechanical duplication or alteration of any JBG entry form or forms affiliated with JBG is prohibited.
6. All winners subject to verification by use of proper identification (valid drivers license, state ID card or military card) 
7. Contest participants offering incorrect contest/entry information may be disqualified at JBG’s discretion.
8. All winners names, likeness and voice may be used by JBG, contest co-sponsors and prize suppliers for publicity purposes.
9. JBG, co-sponsors and prize suppliers are not responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries or mail.
   All entries become the property of JBG.
10. JBG reserves the right to refuse a contestant a prize where an applicable age is necessary and JBG has made the necessary age to win available.
11. JBG reserves the right to substitute any prize not grantable for another prize of equal value.
12. All contest rules and requirements for individual contest will be available for viewing during regular JBG business hours at the JBG main office.
13. Decisions of the judges at JBG are final.
14. All prizes must be picked up within 30 days.
15. Must be 18 or older to enter.
16. Listeners may only win a prize once every 30 days.
17. All winners must live within a 75 mile radius of the city limits of Wichita, Kansas.
18. Specific contests may have additional rules. Rules are available at the JBG studios located at 4200 N. Old Lawrence Rd.,Wichita, KS. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. For more information on specific contests, call 316-838-9141.
